The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has terminated the position of the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers

• The termination of the position of the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers was approved on July 30, 2025.
• New obligations regarding coordination are placed on the Minister of Economy.
• Changes are aimed at improving management processes within the government.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has terminated the position of the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers, which was previously vacant in the previous government.

According to Resolution No. 927 dated July 30, 2025, it was recognized as invalid Resolution No. 394 dated June 24, 2016, "On the Approval of the Regulation on the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine."

Now the coordination of the preparation of the medium-term action plan of the government and the plan of priority actions will be carried out by the Minister of Economy, Ecology, and Rural Development or, at the direction of the Prime Minister, the State Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers.

In addition, it is indicated that the coordination of the activities of the central executive bodies, the activities of which are directly directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers, will be carried out by the Prime Minister or through the relevant minister, based on proposals submitted to the government by the Prime Minister.

At the meetings of the government on personnel issues, the report will now be prepared by the Prime Minister or, at his direction, the State Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers.

These changes are intended to optimize management processes in the government and improve coordination between various state bodies.
