DICE studio announced the open beta for Battlefield 6, which will occur over two weekends: from September 9 to 10 and from September 14 to 17. Players will be able to test a multiplayer portion of the game before its official release, scheduled for October 10, 2025.

To participate in the beta testing, players will need to link their EA account to the platform. Access to the beta version will be available for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. The beta version will be downloadable starting September 4, and those who wish to gain early access on September 7 will need to watch the Twitch streams, participating in certain channels.

The beta version will feature a variety of game modes, including Conquest and Squad Deathmatch. The studio also confirmed that players will be waiting for new maps in locations such as Egypt and Brussels, as well as the return of classic modes, such as Rush and Breakthrough.

For players on PC, it is important to set up their computer for Secure Boot to prevent cheating, which is a new requirement for the new part of the series.
