Exchanges of prisoners

All rounds of negotiations between Ukraine and Russia in Istanbul concluded with significant exchanges of prisoners. The format of the exchange was initially 1,000 for 1,000, later agreements were reached on the exchange of all seriously injured, as well as military personnel aged 18 to 25. The Ukrainian side does not disclose the number of returned prisoners until all exchanges are completed under the current agreement.
