Arsenal Completes Tour in Singapore and Hong Kong with New Transfers

Arsenal concluded its preseason tour in Singapore and Hong Kong, returning to England with hopes for a successful start to the season. Head coach Mikel Arteta actively worked on preparing the team, including conducting voluntary training camps in the summer.

This year has been challenging for Arsenal, as last season was marred by injuries. Arteta noted that the extended break could negatively impact players' physical readiness, so the team began preparations earlier.

During the tour, Arsenal signed six new players, among them forward Viktor Goykeres, who joined the team without any delay before the match against Newcastle. Goykeres, known for his physical attributes, received the number 14, previously worn by club legend Thierry Henry.

In the matches of the tour, Arsenal demonstrated a new style of play, focusing on quick ball movement forward. The team triumphed in the match against Milan, and also won in Newcastle with a score of 3-2, where young Max Dovman scored penalties.

Arteta also expressed satisfaction with the work of the new sports director Andrea Bert, who actively participated in the club's transfer policy. During the tour, Arsenal held several open training sessions for fans, where players had the opportunity to interact with supporters.

At the end of the tour, the team returned to England to prepare for upcoming matches, including a game against Villarreal on September 6.
