The attacked facilities included the radio plant and the "Electronprilad" enterprise. The radio plant produces communication systems for the Russian army, including complexes for armored vehicles, command and staff vehicles, and counter-drone systems. The production includes secure digital channels and drone control systems.

The "Electronprilad" enterprise is one of the key Russian companies in the field of cryptography, which produces encryption devices, secure modems, and computers for military and intelligence agencies. Its products are used by various military forces, the Main Intelligence Directorate, the Federal Security Service, and also in space programs.
