Managing aerial attacks: 36 destroyed Russian drones

During the night of September 4 to 5, Ukrainian defense forces destroyed or intercepted 36 Russian drones, while nine unmanned aerial vehicles were detected in three different locations.

According to the information from the Ukrainian Air Force, Russian troops launched 45 drones, including Shahed-type UAVs and drone-imitators. The attack was carried out from the territory of the Russian cities of Kursk and Primorsky-Akhtarsk, as well as from the sea near the temporarily occupied Crimea.

As of 09:00 on September 5, the air defense had destroyed 36 enemy drones in the northern, southern, and eastern regions of Ukraine. In addition, a downed UAV was recorded in another location.

The attack was reflected by the actions of aviation, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups.

This took place against the backdrop of previous attacks, when 29 out of 46 drones were destroyed during the night of September 4, and 161 out of 162 drones were eliminated during the night of September 3.
