Artur Beterbiev's upcoming fight will be against Deon Nikson on November 22 in Riyadh. This decision postponed a potential third fight against Dmitry Bivol.

Beterbiev, who previously became the undisputed champion in light heavyweight, defeated Bivol in the summer, and now chose Nikson as his next opponent instead of meeting Bivol again.

His record stands at 21 wins (20 knockouts) and 1 loss, while Nikson has 22 wins (18 knockouts) and 1 loss. The last fight of Nikson took place in June, where he stopped Devon Williams in the fourth round.

The fight between Beterbiev and Nikson will take place under the undercard of the "Night of Champions" event, where the main fight will be the bout of David Benavidez against Entoni Yardom.

Beterbiev and Bivol were supposed to organize a third fight in Russia, but they could not agree on the terms. Thus, Beterbiev decided to go ahead with the fight against Nikson, leaving the trilogy with Bivol open for future negotiations.
