Everton is in negotiations regarding Jack Grealish's signing on a loan deal with Manchester City. The agreement is considered complex, and currently lacks guarantees of its success.

Grealish, 29, played only seven matches in the Premier League last season and did not appear on the field in the final of the FA Cup against Crystal Palace. He also did not feature in the last match of the season against Fulham.

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola expressed his thoughts on Grealish, stating that he struggled with his signing. Grealish joined City from Aston Villa in the summer of 2021 for a record fee of 100 million pounds sterling. His contract runs until 2027.

Although Grealish won the Premier League title in his first three seasons, his playing time has decreased in the last two seasons. In 2023-24 and 2024-25, he played only 20 matches in the Premier League.

Currently, Everton is the first club that has officially reached out to Grealish, although there is also interest from other clubs in the Premier League and Europe.
