Trump is developing a strategy following the Epstein case's aftermath
- Trump received a deadline to respond to the demands of Epstein's victims.
- The administration is considering bringing in Joe Rogan for an interview.
- Maxwell continues to appeal her case and is seeking to prevent the release of documents.
President Donald Trump received until 12:00 Eastern Time on Friday to resolve the issue of confidentiality, raised by the victims of Jeffrey Epstein and his associate Ghislaine Maxwell, regarding the potential release of large jury protocols and documents from the investigation into human trafficking.
Vice President JD Vance will hold a strategy meeting tonight at his residence to discuss the handling of Epstein's case, which has triggered serious scrutiny within the Trump administration over the past month.
During the meeting, participants will include the head of the Republican Party's apparatus Susie Wiles, the Attorney General Pam Bondi, and other senior officials.
Maxwell, who was recently transferred to a minimum-security facility in Texas, has denied ever seeing Trump in connection with Epstein, but has suggested that this continues to fuel theories of conspiracy.
Trump denied knowing about Maxwell's transfer and stated that he learned about it from the news.
Additionally, the administration is considering the possibility of bringing in podcaster Joe Rogan to discuss the ongoing Epstein case through an interview.
Rogan, who has criticized the administration for its actions, expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of information release regarding Epstein.
Maxwell continues to appeal her conviction for trafficking humans, and her team of lawyers is seeking to prevent the lifting of the gag order on materials from the grand jury.
The Epstein and Maxwell cases remain in the spotlight, as calls for greater transparency increase.
