The humanitarian situation in Gaza continues to worsen due to hunger. Residents, who have survived the war, are forced to improvise with limited products. In the conditions of the blockade and lack of access to food products, many families are surviving, consuming only a few pieces of bread or canned goods.

Salma Muzed, the mother of six children, reports that she has to feed her family using only one cup of packaged food, prepared in boiling water. According to her words, the children remain hungry, and she has to divide the food into small portions.

Abraham al-Najjar lost his five-year-old son to hunger and is trying to save other children. He says that his family does not have the opportunity to receive even basic products, such as bread and rice. The situation is complicated by constant airstrikes and lack of access to social services.

According to data from the Office of the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), 81% of households in Gaza report poor living conditions. Many people are forced to scavenge for food in dumpsters or risk their lives to obtain aid. According to recent data, the number of children suffering from hunger has increased to 11,877, indicating serious consequences of the ongoing crisis.
