President of Russia Vladimir Putin stated that a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is currently not planned. He noted that the conditions for such negotiations have not been met.

This comment came after Zelensky again called for personal negotiations. Meanwhile, Moscow insists that a "final stage" of negotiations has not yet been established.

At the same time, Putin confirmed a possible meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump in the coming days in the United Arab Emirates, which Trump also reported.

Kremlin spokesman Yuri Ushakov confirmed that Trump and Putin will meet to discuss a ceasefire. However, Ushakov noted that a trilateral meeting with Zelensky was not being discussed.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian forces reported a successful attack by drones on an oil refinery in the Krasnodar region of Russia, which reportedly led to a fire in the gas processing equipment.
