A woman was arrested in the USA who posed as a medical professional

  • A woman provided medical services to over 4000 patients without a license.
  • The woman used fake documents to obtain work.
  • The arrest took place after an investigation that lasted six months.

In the USA, a woman has been arrested who is suspected of posing as a medical professional. Autumn Bardisa, 29 years old, worked at AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway from July 2023 until January 2025. During her employment, she provided medical services to 4486 patients, regardless of the fact that she did not have a valid medical license.

After her colleague discovered that her license had expired, Bardisa was fired, and the police began an investigation. She submitted fake documents and used a licensing number of a medical professional with the same name who worked at a different hospital.

In January 2025, Bardisa was denied renewal. When colleagues raised concerns about her license, they reported it to the administration. As a result of the investigation, it became known that the woman had not provided proof of her qualifications, as she claimed.

Bardisa was arrested on September 5, 2025, at her home, and she is currently under arrest with a bail set at $70,000.
