The meeting of ministers of foreign affairs will take place in Chernivtsi
- Ministers of foreign affairs will meet on August 8 in Chernivtsi.

On August 8 in Chernivtsi, another round of political consultations in the format of Ukraine-Romania-Moldova will take place. Ministers of foreign affairs from Ukraine, Romania, Moldova, Poland, and Lithuania will participate in the meeting.
About this, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha reported during a joint press conference with his Romanian counterpart Oana-Silvia Şoşoacă in Kyiv.
Sybiha noted: "Today we are going to Chernivtsi. There we will hold another round of political consultations in the format of Ukraine-Romania-Moldova. Our colleagues from Poland and Lithuania will also join us. This signals that security in the Baltic and Black Seas is indivisible."
In line with previous statements, the discussion among ministers will focus on the strengthening of energy security in the region ahead of winter and coordination of actions to counter Russian de-escalation.
