Bavaria defeated Tottenham, Kane missed a penalty

In the match of the pre-season preparation, Bavaria Munich defeated Tottenham Hotspur with a score of 4-0 at the Allianz Arena.

Harry Kane, who previously played for Tottenham, opened the scoring in the 12th minute, receiving a precise long pass from Michael Olise. However, just three minutes later he failed to convert a penalty, which he shot, but the ball went over the crossbar.

Bavaria dominated on the field, scoring three goals in the second half. Kingsley Coman, Lennart Karl, and Joona Kusi-Asare started scoring, while the team prepares for the new Bundesliga season, which starts on September 22.

This match became for Kane his second confrontation against Tottenham after his transfer to Bavaria in 2023 for 86.4 million pounds sterling.

Tottenham is preparing for the start of the 2025-26 season, which begins on September 13 with a match for the UEFA Super Cup against Paris Saint-Germain in Udine.
