118th mechanized brigade uses robot for the evacuation of the wounded

The 118th mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine demonstrated how ground robots help evacuate the wounded soldier from the position. The video was published on Facebook by the brigade.

"Operators of ground robotic complexes of the 2nd company of the 23rd separate rifle battalion of the 118th mechanized brigade rescued the wounded soldier. The soldier was rescued with the help of the IRK," it is stated in the video.

The brigade did not specify the direction or date of the incident, but noted that this is an example of the use of modern technologies for saving lives on the front lines.

This is not the first case of using robots for evacuation. Earlier, the drone Tor-800 of the 13th brigade "Khartiya" saved the life of a wounded infantryman with serious injuries to his leg. Prior to this, "Khartiya" successfully evacuated a wounded soldier, using a ground robot that covered 12 km.

However, robots are used not only for rescue. For example, it was recently reported that ground robots of the 3rd separate assault brigade managed to capture the occupiers for the first time. And the HUR showed how a ground robot shoots at the occupiers with a grenade in the Sumy region.
