In the city of Kherson, Russian troops launched an explosive strike on a 13-year-old boy who was walking down the street, reported the head of the Kherson regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.

According to him, the boy received shrapnel wounds and injuries to his leg and arm. The injured child was taken to the hospital, where the doctors are providing him with all necessary assistance.
