Washington (AP) — On Friday, the Appeals Court overturned the ruling of Judge James E. Boasberg on criminal negligence to the court against the Trump administration in the case regarding the deportation to the United States from El Salvador.
The court's ruling, which is based on the country’s laws, distinguishes the judge Boasberg’s conclusion, which claimed that there is a plausible reason for holding the officials of the administration criminally liable.
Boasberg accused the officials of President Donald Trump in that they had sent deportees abroad without complying with the Law on Foreign Nationals, before they could challenge their removal in court. The court also stated that the administration hastily proceeded with his order to return flights, which were already in the air, to the U.S.
The administration of the Republicans prohibits violations of his order.
The judicial proceedings, which lasted, drew significant interest through the superlative actions of the government in immigration policy.
