As a result of the attack, people were injured in the Kharkiv and Kherson regions
- In Kup'yansk, as a result of the strike, five individuals were injured.
- In Kherson, the number of injured has increased to 16 individuals.
- Two injured individuals in Kherson are in serious condition.

On August 8, Russian forces carried out a strike on the city of Kup'yansk in the Kharkiv region, resulting in five individuals being injured. According to the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office, one of the victims, a 70-year-old woman, sustained injuries as a result of a strike by a drone around 08:30. She was hospitalized.
Additionally, two other injured individuals – a 69-year-old man and a 66-year-old woman – sustained injuries as a result of the drone strike at 09:00. Another individual, 63 years old, was injured as a result of an early morning shelling of Kup'yansk, where, according to preliminary data, a system of incendiary munitions was used.
In a subsequent attack, which occurred around 15:00, an 86-year-old woman was injured.
At the same time, on September 9 in Kherson, the number of injured as a result of the Russian drone strike on the minibus increased to 16 individuals, with two of them being in serious condition. The head of the Kherson regional state administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported this on his Facebook page.
In the morning of September 9, Russian troops attacked a minibus in the vicinity of Kherson. Earlier, it was reported about two fatalities and several injured as a result of this attack.
