Hull KR returned to the top of the Super League table, having achieved a significant victory over the Castleford Tigers with a score of 36-6 at the Craven Park stadium.
Thanks to another outstanding hat-trick from Joe Burgess, the Hull team controlled the game, regardless of the moments from both sides. Among them, Jez Litten, Ryan Martin, Miki Lyuys, and Arthur Murg also contributed their tries to the overall score.
The first half started with a cautious play, but soon Burgess scored the first goal, converting a pass from Pete Hicku. Castleford responded with a try from Alex Mellor, but Rovers finished the first half with a lead of 16-6.
In the second half, the Hull team continued to dominate. Martin and Lyuys also scored tries, while Murg showcased his skills, adding another goal. Burgess completed his hat-trick within eight minutes of the final whistle.
Thus, Hull KR solidified their position at the top of the Super League table, while Castleford remained in 10th place.
