Successfully Destroyed Rare North Korean Mortar in Ukraine

In the Sumy region of Ukraine, drone operators from the 225th Separate Assault Brigade destroyed a rare 140mm mortar of North Korean manufacture. This equipment was received by Russian troops as part of military partnership with North Korea, as reported by the 225th Separate Assault Brigade.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine have confirmed the destruction of this mortar, which will now be accounted for in the losses of the enemy. According to Russian sources, such supplies are part of an expanded military cooperation between Moscow and Pyongyang.

Situation on the Frontline

According to the latest data from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, since the beginning of the full-scale war, losses of Russian troops have exceeded one million personnel. As per information, Ukrainian forces liquidated nearly 1000 Russian soldiers just in the last 24 hours.

At the same time, the Ministry of Defence of the United Kingdom reported that Russian troops captured approximately 500 to 550 square kilometers of Ukrainian territory last month. The most active direction remains Pokrovsk, where 45 enemy attacks were recorded in the last period.

In total, in the last 24 hours, there were 163 combat engagements on the front. Russia also conducted two missile strikes and 74 airstrikes.
