Investigation of the Death of 3-Year-Old Emili Kizer Points to Neglect

  • Details of the death of 3-year-old Trigga Kizer became known after the police investigation.
  • Brady Kizer, the boy's father, was at home during the tragedy.
  • The police did not find a representative to present the accusations against Brady.

In a new statement from the Arizona police, details of the death of 3-year-old Emili Kizer, Trigga, who was found in his home base, are being reported. The incident occurred on June 12, when Emili was with friends, while her partner Brady remained at home with the children.

According to the information provided by the police, Brady confirmed that he went out of the field of view of Trigga for three to five minutes. However, a video review showed that the boy was left unattended for about nine minutes, while in the water — about seven minutes. The police stated that Trigga fell into the basin, playing with a floating crucifix.

During the incident, Brady was watching the NBA playoff match between the Boston Celtics and the New York Knicks. According to the report, he also placed a bet of $25 on player Jayson Tatum, who scored more than 40 points. The bet was winning, bringing in $102.50.

The police initially recommended filing charges against Brady in a serious manner with a child, but the prosecutor of Maricopa decided not to present the accusations due to the lack of sufficient evidence.

Emili Kizer, popular on social media, did not comment on the death of her son, but her advocate expressed gratitude for the conducted investigation.
