The first preseason match of the New York Giants against the Buffalo Bills took place at Orchard Park, New York, ending with the Giants winning 34-25. In the game, quarterbacks Russell Wilson and Jackson Dart showcased impressive moments for the team.
Russell Wilson, who is the starting quarterback, completed 6 out of 7 passes for 28 yards, finishing with a 53-yard field goal from Graham Gano. Jackson Dart, a rookie and potential future leader of the team, displayed his strength and mobility, completing 12 out of 19 passes for 154 yards, including a touchdown from 29 yards to Lil'Jordan Humphrey.
The teams exchanged leadership in the second half, with the Giants moving ahead with a field goal from 42 yards by Jude Maketan with 7:13 left on the clock. In response, the Bills' third quarterback, Mike White, started with two touchdowns in the second half.
