Emma Raducanu continues her journey at the Cincinnati Open, having defeated Olga Danilovic in the second round with a score of 6-3 6-2. This victory marked her first since joining the team of former trainer Rafael Nadal, Francis Roig.

Raducanu started the match in a strong manner, winning the first game on her own serve. However, she quickly fell behind, allowing the score to reach 3-3, but then won three games in a row to close out the first set at 6-3.

In the second set, she continued to dominate, securing a key break at 3-2, and did not allow her opponent to win a single game, finishing the match in 1 hour 20 minutes.

In the third round, Raducanu could face the world number one Aryna Sabalenka, who recently played at Wimbledon.

In another part of the tournament, Iga Swiatek also successfully advanced to the third round, defeating Anastasia Potapova with a score of 6-1 6-4. Swiatek demonstrated a dominant game, not allowing her opponent to create any break points on her serve.

The Cincinnati Open will continue until August 18, after which attention will shift to the US Open, which begins on August 24.
