Under Russell Martin's leadership, the team has not won in five matches, but already two of those matches ended in draws, which does not meet the expectations of a club that aims to compete for the title with "Celtic."

After an impressive 3-0 victory over "Victoria Plzen" in the Champions League qualifiers, the team was disappointed when they were forced to salvage a draw with "Dundee" due to a late penalty from James Tavernier.

Martin acknowledged that the lack of energy in the first half impacted the result, and added that some players need to "find their ego." He also pointed out the need for a cultural change in the club to achieve success.

In the match against "Dundee," the team had a significant advantage in possession, but failed to capitalize on their chances, and in the end, conceded a goal after a corner, when Ryan Astley scored.

The draw in the match became the first for "Rangers" in two opening league matches since 1989. Martin is trying to find the optimal squad, while the team also has problems with injuries and the selection of substitutes.

Now the club needs to focus on upcoming matches, including the playoffs of the Champions League, as in case of success, they could delay a match in the league against "St. Mirren" in September.
