The football club "Manchester United" has signed 22-year-old Slovenian forward Benjamin Sesko from the German club "RB Leipzig" for 76.5 million euros. Sesko has signed a contract until 2030 and has become part of the new attacking trio along with Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha.
Manchester United's head coach Ruben Amorim expressed hope that Sesko will be able to realize his potential at the club. He noted that the forward possesses all the necessary qualities for playing in the team, including good physical condition and technique.
Sesko was introduced to the fans of the club before a friendly match against "Fiorentina," which ended in a penalty shootout in favor of "United." At that time, "Milan" was leading negotiations with "United" regarding the transfer of Danish forward Rasmus Hojlund, who may leave the club due to competition with new signings.
Hojlund arrived at "United" from "Atalanta" for 72 million pounds, but with the arrival of Sesko, his playing time may significantly decrease. The club is considering the possibility of a loan deal for Hojlund, but "United" prioritizes a permanent deal.
