Joshua's promoter, Eddie Hearn, stated that this could become the next fight for the Briton. He expressed doubts about whether Paul can truly compete with Joshua, emphasizing that boxing is not a game.

Paul and his team insist that the fight will be professional, even if it is not sanctioned by the British boxing board. Hearn believes that the fight will likely take place in the USA, where previous bouts of Paul have been held.
