Destruction of the Russian Command Post in the Kherson Region

On August 8, 2025, the Ukrainian aviation carried out a precise strike on the command post of the Russian battalion located in Oleshky in the Kherson region. As a result of the strike, about 25 Russian soldiers were eliminated, and another 11 were injured.
Among the dead were the battalion commander, the chief of staff, the head of the engineering service, and the commander of the explosive ordnance disposal unit. This information was confirmed by Ukrainian intelligence.
Additionally, on September 9-10, Ukrainian drones conducted an attack on the oil refinery in Saratov, which is an important facility in Russia's fuel infrastructure. The oil refinery processes up to 7 million tons of oil per year.
This strike is part of a broader strategy of Ukraine aimed at weakening the military capabilities of Russia.
