Grant Forrest won the Nexo Championship, which took place in Aberdeen, with a lead of four strokes. This is his second win on home soil for his career. Forrest began the final round with three strokes ahead, but at the start of the competition, his competitor Todd Clemens scored two strokes behind.
However, after Forrest made a putt on the fourth hole, Clemens received a triple bogey on the same hole, falling five strokes behind. After finishing the game with a score of 72 strokes, Forrest became champion with a total score of -8.
In his interview, Forrest noted that he couldn't believe his win and that this result came as a pleasant surprise after a challenging season. Jo Deakin claimed second place with a score of -4, followed by John Parry, Christopher Reitan, and Jakob Skov Olesen.
