Los Angeles Eagles are facing problems due to injuries

  • Landon Dickerson suffered an injury during training on September 10.
  • Kenyon Green also got injured earlier, complicating the situation.
  • The Eagles may need to turn to new players due to the absence of key players.

PHILADELPHIA — The Philadelphia Eagles team is facing a challenging situation ahead of the 2025 NFL season due to injuries to key players in their offense. During a recent practice that took place on September 10, left guard Landon Dickerson sustained a serious injury and was removed from the field on a cart.

This injury adds another blow to the team, especially since earlier Kenyon Green also suffered an injury while playing the left guard position. Green got injured during a preseason game against the Bengals, when he attempted to make a tackle but ended up injured.

It is noted that Dickerson is an important player who has ensured stability in the team’s offensive line. In the previous season, he received a high rating for his play: 90.4 for run blocking and 88.7 for pass blocking according to PFF. Now, with him unable to play, the team, led by head coach Nick Sirianni, will have to look for new solutions.

Currently, Dickerson's spot on the offensive line is filled by Brett Toth, who, while being an experienced player, does not have the Pro Bowl credentials that Dickerson possesses. The absence of both guards complicates the plans of the training staff, and the team may be forced to look for additional new players.

The Eagles' offensive line was the foundation of the team, which in the previous season allowed only 27 sacks. Now, considering the injuries, the team is facing a serious challenge.
