Wilson scored 32 points with 13 rebounds from 25 attempts, and also recorded 20 rebounds, marking her 14th double of the season. Las Vegas Aces head coach, Becky Hammon, noted that Wilson could have achieved this milestone earlier, but the team focused on other aspects of the game.
Wilson expressed excitement about her achievement, stating that she did not expect to be the first in history with such a result. Her teammate, Jackie Young, emphasized that Wilson always showcases her skills, regardless of the circumstances, including the pressure and intense competition from the superstars.
