Exposure of Russian Air Defense Positions at Kacha Airfield

Meanwhile, partisans from the ATEŞ group have conducted reconnaissance in the area of the Kacha airfield, identifying key military objects of the Russian forces.

According to a report on Telegram, there are important radar systems located at the airfield, including the surface-to-air missile system Pantsir-S1, the radar station Podlet, and the radar station R-18-2.

The Kacha airfield is a crucial link for the Russian Air Forces, where the 318th aviation regiment, command points, logistics, and radar complexes are located. These systems cover the southwestern part of the peninsula and coordinate aviation assets against Ukraine.

Partisans reported that the airfield has already faced attacks several times in the previous month — in April, June, and at night from July 23 to 24. As a result of these attacks, explosions and destruction were recorded in the areas of Kacha and Orlivka.

"This is not the end — new strikes on the Kacha airfield are just a matter of time. The gathered information has been passed to the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the statement reads.

It is noted that at night on May 2, Crimea was subjected to an attack by strike drones, which caused explosions near military airfields, including Kacha and Belbek.
