On August 11, 2025, Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavský arrived in Ukraine on an official visit. This is already his sixth visit since the beginning of the full-scale war, demonstrating continuous support from the Czech Republic for Kyiv.

Lipavský emphasized that Czech support is not unconditional. He stated that Ukraine must continue reforms, uphold the rule of law, and combat corruption, as these aspects are crucial for integration into the European Union and NATO.

In his statement for the publication "European Truth," the minister said that Czech support will continue only if certain conditions are met. He also noted that the coming weeks will be important for Czech-Ukrainian relations, especially since the country intends to strengthen its economic interests in Ukraine.

The Czech Republic is one of Ukraine's most active partner countries, providing military aid, including armored vehicles, artillery shells, and other supplies. They also agreed on joint production of artillery shells of 155 mm caliber.
