Russian occupation forces are redeploying additional troops and equipment to the front in Orikhiv and Huliaipole in the Zaporizhia region. This was reported by Vladyslav Voloshyn, spokesman for the Southern Defense Forces of Ukraine.

Voloshyn noted that, according to intelligence data, the adversary is moving more forces and equipment in the direction of Zaporizhzhia, particularly in the areas of Orikhiv and Huliaipole. Information about the redeployment of standard Russian airborne assault forces is also available.

Moreover, according to recent data, Russian troops have resumed mechanized assaults in the south, utilizing armored vehicles and motorcycles. Attacks are taking place, particularly in the direction of the settlements of Mala Tokmachka and Novodanylivka. Voloshyn reported that in the last 24 hours, the adversary has been attempting to resume offensive actions, employing tanks and other equipment.

In the past day, 137 combat engagements were recorded between Ukrainian defenders and Russian invaders.
