Zach Bryan cancels performance in Kansas City due to conflict

  • Zach Bryan has canceled his performance in Kansas City due to a conflict with Chiefs fans.
  • Bryan's comments about the Chiefs' loss sparked negative reactions among fans.
  • He will continue to perform for other NFC teams, regardless of conflicts.

This is reported by NBC News, Marca.

The country music star Zach Bryan announced that he will no longer perform in Kansas City following a conflict with fans of the Kansas City Chiefs on social media. This situation escalated after his comments about the team's loss in the Super Bowl in 2025.

During a chat on the platform X, Bryan joked about the Chiefs' defeat, stating: "Where did you all come from three years ago?" This elicited a negative response from fans, who noted that they have always supported his concerts.

In response to a question from one of the fans about why he "once chose one fan base," Bryan stated: "Please understand, I will never perform in Kansas City." This statement confirmed his decision to avoid this venue.

It is known that Bryan has already performed in Kansas City in 2021, 2023, and 2024, but his announcement not to perform there again may impact future tours and fans' expectations of him in Middle West.

It is noted that in the fall he plans to perform in South Bend and Ann Arbor, where there will also be fans of other teams. Regardless of the conflict, Bryan continues to perform for other NFC teams, including in San Francisco.

The situation with Bryan reminds that his popularity can attract attention, as well as alienate part of the fans.
