Zelensky reported on Russia's preparation for new offensive operations

  • Russia is planning new offensive actions, according to Zelensky.
  • The president emphasized that this indicates a readiness for war.
  • Ukraine is informing partners about the situation at the front.

This is reported by Interfax Ukraine, Ukrayinska Pravda.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Russia is not preparing to cease fire. He noted that the data from Ukrainian intelligence indicates new plans from the Kremlin regarding offensive actions.

Zelensky reported in an evening address on August 11 that Russian troops are relocating their forces in preparation for new operations. "This includes military preparation. Putin has no intention of stopping the war. He is only trying to present a meeting with the USA as his personal achievement," the president emphasized.

According to him, there are no signs that Russia has received signals about preparation for a permanent situation. "On the contrary, they are relocating their troops in such a way that this indicates an intention to carry out new offensive actions," Zelensky added.

The president also noted that Ukraine continues to inform its partners about the real situation on the battlefield and Russia's plans for further actions.
