Ilya Zabarnyi Officially Signed with PSG

Ilya Zabarnyi, a Ukrainian defender, officially became a player of Paris Saint-Germain. The club confirmed the signing through its official channels, showcasing the new player at the Parc des Princes. Zabarnyi, who is 22 years old, received the number 6 in the team and became the first Ukrainian in the history of PSG.
The transfer concluded a lengthy agreement, under which AFC Bournemouth receives nearly 66 million euros, including 63 million euros as a fixed payment and 3 million euros in bonuses for achievements.
Zabarnyi arrived in France on Saturday and signed a contract for 5 years, which will last until 2030. He is expected to join the team before the start of Ligue 1 and the match for the European Supercup against Tottenham.
In the team, Zabarnyi will compete with the captain Marquinhos. His partnership with the Russian goalkeeper Matvei Safonov will also be under close scrutiny, considering the symbolic circumstances related to the war.
