Alvaro Morata Leaves Galatasaray After Conflict

  • Morata leaves Galatasaray due to unfulfilled obligations by the club.
  • The footballer plans to move to Como, where his coach will be Cesc Fabregas.
  • He emphasized the importance of adherence to rights and obligations in football.

This is reported by L'Équipe, La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Alvaro Morata, a 32-year-old Spanish footballer, announced his departure from Galatasaray in a post on Instagram. He thanked the fans for their support but expressed dissatisfaction with the club's management.

In his announcement, Morata noted that not all of his rights and obligations were respected, and he was forced to refuse part of his salary. "Some principles should never be broken, such as respect for the rights of every individual," he emphasized.

Morata spent six months at Galatasaray, where he played 16 matches and scored 7 goals. Currently, he may move to Como, where his coach will be his former teammate at Chelsea, Cesc Fabregas. It is reported that Como is ready to pay 4 million euros to terminate his contract with Galatasaray.

Morata stressed the importance of explaining to the fans why he is leaving the club, as "the words given to the club are not respected." He advised the management of Galatasaray to do their best in the future.
