In Ukraine, a woman with four children was rescued from the occupied territory

  • A family with four children was returned from the occupied territory.
  • The mother organized online learning for older children.
  • The family received medical and psychological assistance.

This was reported by Interfax Ukraine, Ukrayinska Pravda.

The woman with four children aged 15, 12, 8, and 18 months was successfully returned to the controlled territory of Ukraine from temporarily occupied areas. This was announced by the head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak.

As part of the initiative of the President of Ukraine "Bring Kids Back UA", it was possible to arrange the return of the family, which had lived under constant pressure from the occupiers. They demanded that the children be taught under the Russian curriculum in the occupied school, however, the mother managed to organize online lessons for older children in a Ukrainian school.

The family had been seeking assistance since July, but due to problems with documents for the child, the return process was delayed for several months. After leaving the occupied territory, the children saw their father for the first time in three years. The family received housing, medical, and psychological assistance, as well as support in the form of formal documents.
