Zelensky Plans to End the War Through Ceasefire and Negotiations

The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky presented his plan to end the war, which includes the start of a ceasefire, followed by negotiations with the presidency of the United States and clear security guarantees.

At a meeting with journalists, he noted that the plan is not complicated: "A ceasefire—and during the ceasefire, we should discuss and resolve the issue of security guarantees with the USA and clear security guarantees, who can guarantee what? For example, what can Europe guarantee, what can the USA guarantee, what can the Russians guarantee? Who knows about this? A coordinated position is needed," Zelensky said.

Zelensky also emphasized the importance of Europe's participation in future negotiations, as, according to him, currently, other than Europe, no one provides Ukraine with security guarantees.

Tomorrow, September 13, wide-ranging negotiations are scheduled with European leaders and representatives of the USA. "I will convey a message that such sensitive issues regarding Ukraine should be discussed with the presence of Ukraine," he added.

A meeting with US President Donald Trump and Russian leader Vladimir Putin is also scheduled in Alayc on September 15, where the main topic will be the end of the war of Russia against Ukraine.
