Drone Attacks on Oil Refineries in Russia

On the night of September 13, drones struck oil refineries in several regions of Russia. The strikes targeted facilities in the Bryansk region, Krasnodar territory, and Volgograd. In particular, the Druzhba oil pipeline in Bryansk, an oil refinery in Slavyansk-na-Kubani, and several facilities in Volgograd were attacked.
Volgograd airport suspended all flights after 20 drones were spotted in the area. Local residents heard the sounds of drones and anti-aircraft defense systems. It was also reported that drone debris fell on the territory of the oil refinery in Slavyansk-na-Kubani, causing damage to a vehicle.
Additionally, in the Moscow region, a fire occurred in the local administration building in Shchelkovo. Firefighters arrived at the scene around 3:30 AM. The fire engulfed the upper floors, and thick black smoke was visible from neighboring buildings. Three people were evacuated, but no injuries were reported. The fire was extinguished by 4:02 AM, covering an area of 140 square meters.
According to information from local services, in the last 24 hours, ten fires occurred in the Moscow region, but in this case, there were no casualties or injuries.
Earlier, on September 10, the Saratov region also experienced attacks from unidentified drones, which led to explosions near the oil refinery. These incidents indicate an increasing activity of drones in Russian regions.
