Newcastle United is actively engaged in negotiations with Aston Willa regarding a potential transfer of midfielder James Ramsay. This agreement is being discussed in the context of a term sheet prior to the closing of the transfer window.

The 24-year-old midfielder plans to hold important negotiations with Willa in the upcoming 24 hours before making a decision about his future. Newcastle's main trainer, Eddie Howe, is interested in signing Ramsay, who has also garnered attention from West Ham.
