Marcus Rashford, who currently plays in the forward position in Barcelona, expressed his thoughts on the situation at Manchester United, stating that the club is in a state of "flux" due to the lack of a stable strategy since the departure of Sir Alex Ferguson. According to Rashford, despite many discussions about the transitional period, real transformation has yet to begin.

In the previous season, under the leadership of Ruben Amorim, the team finished in 15th place in the Premier League, which is the worst result in the club's history during the Premier League era. Rashford believes that Manchester United's problems run deeper, as the club has changed six managers, each of whom had their own strategy, starting from 2013.

Rashford emphasized that for the team's success, it is essential to adhere to clear principles that were established by Ferguson. "Successful teams have principles that all trainers and players should adhere to," he said. He noted that at Manchester United, there has been a constant change in directions, which hinders achieving previous success in the championship.

Ruben Amorim, who recently acknowledged that the team needs serious changes, has made new signings, spending over 200 million pounds on new players, such as Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo, and Benjamin Sesko. However, according to Rashford, the club still needs to find its way to success.
