Zoë Kravitz revealed how she saved a bathroom in Taylor Swift's house
- The incident occurred during an evacuation due to forest fires
- Zoë slipped into the bathroom, which was designated for demolition
- Kravitz was prohibited from paying for repairs, but Swift already knew about this
Zoë Kravitz and her mother, Lisa Bonet, were staying at Taylor Swift's house during an evacuation due to forest fires in Southern California, which began on January 7, 2025. During their stay in the luxurious mansion Swift, the value of which is estimated at 25 million dollars, there arose an unforeseen situation with the domestic pet of Kravitz – a snake named Orpheus.
On the show "Late Night with Seth Meyers" Kravitz shared that on the last day of their stay, when they were preparing to leave, the snake slipped away. Lisa, trying to remember the usual places, inadvertently left Orpheus behind, and he found a small opening in the corner of the bathroom.
Kravitz recalled how her mother asked for help when the snake began to hide further into the wall. "We started to break the tile and damage the wall, completely destroying Taylor's bathroom," she said. Eventually, Kravitz turned to the building manager, who used a tool to rescue the snake.
After the incident, Kravitz was prohibited from paying for repairs, not informing Swift about the incident. However, when she delayed, Swift already knew about the situation. Kravitz joked that the next album Swift might be titled "Orpheus".
The friendship between Kravitz and Swift has lasted over a decade, and they often spend time together, especially after performances by the singer. Kravitz also participated in writing songs for the album "Midnights," released in 2022, where she collaborated with Swift.
