This is reported by Ukrinform, Interfax Ukraine.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky during a press conference with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz in Berlin stated that his position on the presence of Ukrainian troops in Donbas remains unchanged.
Zelensky emphasized that this position is based on the Constitution of Ukraine. He stressed that as long as the Constitution is not amended, the position guaranteeing it cannot be changed. "Any issues related to the territorial integrity of our state cannot be discussed without taking into account our state, our people, and the will of the Constitution of Ukraine," he added.
In response to journalists' questions on September 12, Zelensky also reiterated that the Ukrainian army would not withdraw from Donbas, as this would create conditions for a new war and an offensive in the Zaporizhzhia and Dnipro regions, as well as in Kharkiv.
