The social network Threads from Meta continues to grow rapidly. According to the latest data, the platform has reached 400 million active users per month, which is a significant increase from 350 million in April 2025.

Launched in 2023, Threads is already approaching the number of active users on platform X, owned by Elon Musk. In June 2025, Threads had 115.1 million daily users, while X had 132 million. This indicates a 128% increase for Threads in annual terms, while X saw a decrease of 15%.

It has been noted that Meta is actively working on introducing new features. Since the platform's launch, it has gained the ability for private messaging and improved user experience, including the ability to add external links.

This growth in the popularity of Threads may be linked to the decline in interest in X, as many users are transitioning to the new platform.
