Amazon to stream 17 NBA Cup games on Prime Video

Amazon announced the NBA Cup broadcast schedule in a statement, noting that Prime Video will show 17 games, including the final.

The league also presented the overall schedule for the NBA Cup, where the number of matches for broadcasting on different networks has already been specified.

Prime will stream 10 group games of the NBA Cup and rounds of the playoffs. NBA on Prime Cup Nights will include five weeks of group matches with enhanced games, starting from July 31. On this day, Boston will host Philadelphia, while Memphis will welcome the Los Angeles Lakers.

On November 7, the Victor Wembanyama and San Antonio Spurs will meet the Houston Rockets and new player Kevin Durant. Meanwhile, the Golden State Warriors, with Stephen Curry, will visit the Denver Nuggets with Nikola Jokic.

On November 14, Miami will visit New York, and the Golden State Warriors will again meet San Antonio. On November 21, Cleveland will host Indiana, while Denver will visit Houston. On November 28, the Milwaukee Bucks will travel to New York, while the Lakers, with LeBron James and Luka Doncic, will host Dallas with the first overall draft pick, Victor Wembanyama.

Another 50 group games will be distributed among ESPN, NBC, and NBA League Pass.

Group games will take place on November 25 on NBC, when Philadelphia will host Orlando, while the Los Angeles Clippers will meet the Lakers.

ESPN will show three group games on November 26. Detroit will visit Boston, MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and reigning champion Oklahoma City will visit Minnesota, while the Golden State Warriors will face Houston.

Previously, on this week, games were announced for the season opener, Christmas, and Martin Luther King Day.

The full schedule - 80 of 82 games for all teams - will be released on Thursday. Two games for each team will be announced in the spring, following the results of the teams in the NBA Cup.
