Manchester City is considering the possibility of signing 22-year-old winger from the Netherlands Xavi Simons from RB Leipzig, aiming to outbid Chelsea in this transfer. According to the information, the club from Manchester could become a competitor for the London club.

In addition, Brighton values 21-year-old midfielder Carlos Baleba at over 100 million pounds sterling. Manchester United is not ready to pay this amount, which raises the question of a possible transfer.

Also, Roma is negotiating with Aston Villa regarding the loan of winger Leon Bailey with a buyout option, but has not yet made a formal proposal.
