Prescilla Presli leads a lawsuit over accusations of fraud

Prescilla Presli, former friend of Elvis Presli, has been confronted with a new lawsuit from her former business partners, Brigitte Cruz and Kevin Fialko, who are demanding over 50 million dollars in compensation. They claim that Prescilla committed fraud and violated the terms of the contract.

The lawsuit, filed in the Los Angeles district court, contains serious allegations, including that she used their name for the financial exploitation of her image, likeness, and the fact that she sold these rights back in 2005. Cruz and Fialko assert that they had invested a lot of resources to revive the Prescilla brand, but were cut off when she ceased cooperating with them.

Along with the lawsuit, Prescilla also attempted to get a ruling on the death of her daughter Liza Marie Presli, in order to regain control over the family estate. Liza passed away in January 2023 following a cardiac arrest, and Prescilla filed the lawsuit, seeking changes, including restoring her status as trustee of Liza’s trust, which had stripped her of that status.

In addition to that, Cruz and Fialko point out that Prescilla was aware of Liza's intentions to remove her from the trustee position, and even contemplated removing her from life to ensure control over the estate. Meanwhile, no legal consequences were ever imposed regarding the circumstances surrounding Liza's death.

The cases of Prescilla Presli and her former partners have attracted significant media attention, and this is yet another step in the complex legal battles that surround the legacy of Elvis Presli.
